This conference will provide a place to exchange recent developments, discoveries and progresses on Nonlinear Science and Complexity. The aims of the conference are to present the fundamental and frontier theories and techniques for modern science and technology, and to stimulate more research interest for exploration of nonlinear science and complexity. The conference will focus on fundamental theories and principles, analytical and symbolic approaches, computational techniques in nonlinear physical science and nonlinear mathematics. All manuscripts will be peer reviewed .Proceedings will be published in CD with ISBN. Best papers presented at the conference will be selected for publication in a book after the Conference. Authors will be notified of the selection of their paper and, in case of acceptance, must prepare a revised version of the paper with a maximum number of pages (to be defined). Authors that accept the paper publication in a book will be informed of the price. Authors will have the option of having their full-length papers considered for publication in Communications in Nonlinear Science and Numerical Simulation (Elsevier). Young researches of ISEP will have the opportunity to submit a poster to NSC’2008. The Organizing Committee of NSC’2008 will organize a Special Poster Session devoted to the presentation of the work results of ISEP Master Students.
