Article processing charges (APC) will be waived for the <strong>BEST PAPER<\/strong>. 2<sup>nd<\/sup> and 3<sup>rd<\/sup><strong>BEST PAPER AWARDS<\/strong> provide a 75% and 50% APC discount respectively.
