Lee (Baylor University), Istv\u00e1n Erlich (University Duisburg-Essen)<\/li><li><strong>Test bed 2:<\/strong>&nbsp;Optimal scheduling of distributed energy resources. Developers: Zita Vale and&nbsp;Jo\u00e3o&nbsp;Soares&nbsp;(Institute of Engineering \u2013 Polytechnic of Porto)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>ISEP\/GECAD was responsible for&nbsp;<strong>Test Bed 2<\/strong>.&nbsp;The call for competition was made on 14-01-2017.&nbsp;The evaluation process finished on 28-4-2017 after participants submitted their results.&nbsp;<strong>The top three ranked algorithms of&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Test bed 2: Optimal scheduling of distributed energy resources&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>(sorted lists):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Variable Neighborhood Search algorithm (VNS)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Developers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leonardo H.
