At IoTalentum’s Network Meeting 8 in Venice, Italy (May 15-18, 2024, Windtree office), ESR Ubaid ur Rehman, Prof. Zita Vale, and Dr. Pedro Faria (GECAD) participated in discussions on research updates and work package progress. The meeting also featured a comprehensive speech by Samant Khajuria (Terma A/S) on “Research & Innovation in Defense.” Ramón J. Durán Barroso (IoTalentum coordinator) and Joana Rubio García (PMT) presented on Work Packages 5 (Dissemination and Communications) and 6 (Management). GECAD’s key contribution from GECAD was Ubaid ur Rehman’s presentation on the state-of-the-art deep reinforcement learning model for home energy management and Prof. Zita Vale and Dr. Pedro Faria highlighted the key contribution on Work Package 3.
