​The Netefficiity project is a demonstrator project that will launch in Portugal an innovative concept of sustainable community with the creation of the S. The municipalities of Alfandega da Fé and Penela were chosen to demonstrate the environmental, economic and social benefits of this innovative concept.
With the creation of Energy Communities that bring together various buildings and houses to test energy sharing models between them, for example, when there is solar energy production in buildings above their needs (eg weekends and holidays when the public buildings with reduced activity and domestic consumption being typically higher).
